Large Water Resource Developments: An Integrated Assessment Process. Cost Benefit Analysis of Alternative Water Allocation Arragements in the Gwydir Valley of New South Wales - This research has been commissioned by the Gwydir Valley Irrigators Association. The purpose of the research is to: Scope the main economic and community links with the Gwydir Valley irrigation industry (and associate this with existing environmental links that have already been specified); and Undertake formal social benefit analysis of the potential economic and community impacts that would result from changes in irrigation water allocations. Strategic Flood Management Planning. Sustaining Water Resources for Irrigated Cotton Production Through Capacity Sharing - Objectives: To determine how existing irrigation water rights would translate into Capacity Shares, To develop a water accounting system to manage Capacity Shares for irrigators who elect to adopt this property right and management system, To develop an education and management advisory service package for Capacity Share-holders.
